Surround your guests with beautiful native plants and trees surrounding a Koi pond fed by a running stream. Fresh water landscaping and the pond will be provided by an on-site 30,000 gallon rainwater harvesting system. Outdoor lighting highlights all features, including the Koi pond.
All newly constructed, the Main room Size 54’ x 36', with a capacity of 195. Beautifully appointed with 2 large Ceiling fans, Terra-cotta stained cement floors, and 12' vaulted beams painted chocolate. The walls are painted a Taos sand color and framed in cedar. Four large windows enhance the natural lighting and outside amenities, and three bathrooms add to the large event conveniences. Double French doors open to the outside area.
With French doors entering into the kitchen from the main Room, this modern kitchen facility boasts gorgeous Hickory Cabinets, Style Stone countertops, 2 double sinks and one small island sink. Well-appointed with modern appliances, like a double oven, six-burner stove top, 2 dishwashers, a commercial refrigerator, as well as a wine cooler, and freezer!
